Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
(a) The item must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition (b) All original packaging must be intact and undamaged (c) The item must not show any signs of use, alteration, or wear (d) Returns must be authorized by customer support prior to being sent back (e) Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted (f) Cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) returns are not accepted (g) Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request:
(a) Contact our customer support team at info@pussyx.com, stating the item(s) you wish to return and the reason (b) Await confirmation and return instructions from our support team (c) Securely package the item in its original packaging (d) Ship the item using a traceable shipping method (e) Provide a valid tracking number or tracking link within 48 hours of shipment
Once the return is received and inspected, we will proceed according to the applicable resolution.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
(a) Within 12 hours of placing the order: Full refund, no transaction fee
(b) After 12 hours but before dispatch: Order cancellation is still possible; however, a 10% transaction fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded

Orders Not Received
(a) Order not received despite a correct shipping address and extended delay
(b) Missing items in a multi-item shipment
In such cases, refunds will be issued after verification and agreement with customer support.

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:
(a) Damaged item (b) Defective item (c) Change of mind, provided the product and packaging are unused and in resalable condition

Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved and processed, the refunded amount will typically be credited to your original payment method within 24 hours.
