Each product is carefully crafted and inspected before shipment. If your item experiences a manufacturing defect or functional issue under normal, intended use, it is eligible for warranty support.

Covered situations include:
  • Product arriving with a functional issue
  • Internal mechanical or electronic failure not caused by misuse
  • Structural defects that prevent normal operation

As long as the issue is not caused by human error or external damage, our team will assist you.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:
  • Improper use, misuse, or abuse
  • Accidental damage, drops, or impact
  • Unauthorized modification or disassembly
  • Exposure to liquids or environments beyond the product’s intended design
  • Normal wear and tear over time
Damage caused by user actions or external factors is not covered.

Warranty Period

All pussyx products include a 90-day limited warranty, beginning on the date of delivery.
  • Valid for 90 days only
  • Applies exclusively to non-human-caused defects
  • Available to the original purchaser with a valid order record
